David set up the firm from scratch in 1993, having trained at Nottingham Trent University and major London firms including Cushman & Wakefield.

David runs the agency and development side of the business.

David has been known to undertake a high altitude climb or an ocean sailing race as a break from the office.

 

Denis O’Leary FRICS

Denis built up a wide range of experience working at Granada Property & City of London Corporation particularly in management and development.

Denis deals with development projects and professional work.

When he has a spare moment Denis enjoys nothing better than a run in his restored MG.


 

Peter Morgan FRICS

Peter brings a wealth of experience drawn from both UK and continental property development work, including running departments at Bernard Thorpe. Peter is also on the RICS Panel of Arbitrators.

Peter specialises in regeneration projects and professional work.

In his spare time Peter takes to sea sailing in his yacht.

 

Bill McConnell FRICS

Bill is an experienced Building Surveyor, providing clients with Schedules of Condition, Dilapidation Reports, together with Contract Administration and Project Management Services. Good client communication and an appreciation of their property requirements, is an essential part of Bill’s business philosophy.

Although most work nowadays relates to industrial and office developments, Bill has RICS Accreditation in Building Conservation and enjoys exploring historic buildings both here and abroad.

Emma helps run the business ensuring all operates smoothly.
