David set up the firm from scratch in 1993, having trained at Nottingham Trent University and major London firms including Cushman & Wakefield.

David runs the agency and development side of the business. He regularly attends CPD events including completing in March 2009 the new 'Sustainability & Built Environment' 13 week course run by the College of Estate Management in conjunction with Legal & General Property www.cem.ac.uk/Sustainability
